Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be accompanied with sales receipt to qualify for a return.
Refunds
Once your receipt is received, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at roger@winkandgone.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
