Return & Refund Policy

At Wink & Gone, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be accompanied with sales receipt to qualify for a return.
Refunds
  • Once your receipt is received, we will notify you of approval.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Exchanges
  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at roger@winkandgone.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
